How to Replace a Toyota Corolla Cabin Air Filter

How to Replace a Toyota Corolla Cabin Air Filter

Many Toyota Corolla models are equipped with a cabin air filter that prevents mold spores, pollen, dust and allergens from entering the passenger compartment. Toyota recommends replacing this filter whenever it becomes clogged or dirty, or once every 10,000 miles. If your Corolla is frequently driven in heavy traffic or on dusty, dirt roads, the lifespan of the cabin air filter will be reduced. A clean cabin air filter will allow the air-conditioning system to operate with less stress on the motor and will improve air flow in the cabin.
